How delivery works

After Razorpay confirms a successful payment, the purchased ZIP package is made available through the secure delivery flow and a transactional email may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Formats and access

Your package contains the files specified for the selected product, generally including PDF and EPUB editions. You need compatible software and sufficient device storage to open them.

If delivery does not arrive

• Check your spam, promotions and junk folders.
• Confirm that the email entered at checkout was correct.
• Wait briefly for payment confirmation and email processing.
• Contact support@innerbattlebooks.in with your order or payment ID if access still does not arrive.

No physical shipping

No printed book, parcel or other physical product will be dispatched. Shipping charges, tracking numbers and physical delivery timelines do not apply.
