Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital-product purchases

Because access to a digital product is provided immediately after successful payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled and are normally non-refundable once the download link or file has been delivered.

When we will review a refund

• The same order was charged more than once.
• Payment succeeded but the purchased product was not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting.
• The delivered file is corrupt, inaccessible or different from the product purchased, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

How to request help

Email support@innerbattlebooks.in with the purchaser email, mobile number, Razorpay payment or order ID, product name and a description of the issue. Please do not send card, UPI PIN, OTP or banking credentials.

Approved refunds

If approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on Razorpay, your bank or payment provider. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
